Can I connect panel to battery for charging directly without controller ?

Most of your power stations can do this.Most power stations have built-in MPPT,but batteries, without controller voltage regulation,may burn out due to overcharging.

To charge a power station with a built-in controller, do not connect PWM controller.

Why the solar can not produce 110W power when chargingto power station?

As you know the solar panels are affected by many factors . 110W is tested in an ideal laboratory. In an ideal laboratory，110 Watts at 18 Volts(The panel rated voltage) yields 6.1Amps, where I=P/V.

How to get higher power?

The panels are affected by the light and angle. The angel of the light illuminating the panel and The intensity of the light changes with the rotation of the sun.

Please try test panel under the full sunlight, make sure there is no shadow cast.

Are this units waterproof ? Can these solar panels be permanently instaled outside?

Yes,lt is waterproof , BUT meant for temporary or emergency use only. Not designed for permanent installation or prolong weather exposure,DON'T leave them out at night or in bad weather.

What is the difference between PWM controller and MTTP controller?

Using without batteries is primarily providing power to the USB ports(PWM controller). If you want higher power, you can buy MPPT and use it.Charge controllers reduce the wattages and amperage output as the batteries approach getting full.
