HOW TO MAKE ESPRESSO

  • 1. Weigh 10g of fresh coffee beans
  • 2. For fine grinding (recommended to use salt-sized coffee powder), please refer to the grinding chart
  • 3. Take out the powder cup and evenly grind the ground coffee powder into the powder bowl, and use the powder spoon to press the powder vertically downward. (The strength of the powder can be adjusted according to the grinding degree. The finer the grinding degree, the less pressing force)
  • 4. Align the powder tank with the lower part of the water tank and screw it back to the water tank
  • 5. Finally, add hot water according to your preference and the amount of coffee powder (you can preheat the water tank first, you can increase the temperature of the espresso)
  • 6. After screwing back the top cover, press the pump counterclockwise to pop out the pump, start pressing, stop pressing when you start to feel the pressure (about ten times) and let the coffee steep for 10 seconds
  • 7. Continue to extract coffee, the extraction ratio reaches (10g powder 60-90 ml hot water can extract 30 ml of strong standard espresso, or 45 ml of slightly lighter espresso
